These brownies have absolutely no business being this good.
If I didn't make them myself, I would never guess they're gluten-free. They're rich, fudgy, and intensely chocolatey. My family has no idea they're gluten-free unless I tell them—and even then, they're skeptical.
Whether you have celiac disease, a gluten sensitivity, or you're just trying to cut back on gluten, these are hands-down the best gluten-free brownies I've found. They taste like brownies, not like a "good for gluten-free" substitute.
Fair warning: if you bring these to a party, don't mention they're gluten-free until after everyone has gone back for seconds.
