Anthony's Organic Potato Starch, Unmodified, 2 lb, Gluten Free & Non GMO, Resis

This is terrible to admit... but I love chicken wings. And this potato starch gives them the crispiest gluten-free coating! We used to buy a different brand, but couldn't find it in the store, so we ordered this. It gave an even crispier coating than the other brand, and we won't switch back. Anytime we want a gluten free crispy coating, this is our go-to!
